For all you gluten free peeps out there!
Ingredients
250g Dark chocolate 250g Butter
150g Sugar 6 Eggs 75g Cocoa powder 150ml Crème fraîche
Pistachios
Pomegranate
Rose powder
Cocoa nibs
Honey
Method
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl until pale and thick then stir in the chocolate butter mixture and cocoa powder.
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until they form stiff peaks then gently fold into the chocolate mixture
Pour into a greased and lined cake tin and bake in a preheated oven @ 180.C for about 40 minutes until risen, it will crack in the centre so don't worry
Leave to cool then decorate with the creme fraiche, honey, pistachios, pomegranate, cocoa nib, rose powder and honey
